AWC Staff Services are looking for a Capacity Planner to work on an Eon Smart Metering Project in Liverpool.
You must have experience in either Operations/Project Coordination Administration Customer Service or Capacity Planning with a background in either Utilities or a Field-Based Environment with strong organisational and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with Field Engineers to confirm availability of any specialist skills or tools required for specific jobs
- Manage Non-Standard booking requests received via SharePoint and email within agreed client SLA timelines
- Handle some inbound calls from the client to clarify or action booking needs
- Book appointments accurately in the system
- Collaborate with Capacity Managers to ensure appointments fall within agreed quota settings
Qualifications:
- Must have experience in Capacity Planning or Operations/Project Coordination Administration or Customer Service within a Utilities or Field-Based environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise under pressure
- Excellent communication and organisational skills to effectively communication across different teams
