Shear International Co. Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shared Services Manager to join our team in Jeddah Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position offering an exciting opportunity to lead and optimise our shared services operations. The Shared Services Manager will be responsible for overseeing a variety of critical functions ensuring efficient and effective service delivery across the organisation. This role requires strong leadership communication and analytical skills as well as a proven track record of success in shared services management.
Responsibilities
* Manage and oversee the daily operations of various shared services functions including but not limited to HR IT and administration.
* Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency reduce costs and enhance service quality across all shared service functions.
* Lead and motivate a team of shared services professionals providing guidance support and development opportunities.
* Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
* Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to understand their needs and ensure service delivery meets their requirements.
* Implement and maintain robust processes and controls to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
* Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in shared services management.
* Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on the performance of shared services operations.
Qualifications
* Bachelors degree in business administration Management or a related field.
* 10 years experience in a Shared Services Management role preferably within a multinational organization.
* Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Experience with implementing process improvements and driving efficiency gains.
* Proficiency in relevant software and technologies.
* Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and best practices.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
