Job Description

Workload: 100%

We are looking for a Senior Controller to join our Axpo Finance team in Poland. This is a replacement contract for 18 months covering maternity leave. You will play a key role in analyzing business results improving processes and supporting financial operations.

What you will do:

  • Analyze financial results and prepare regular reports.
  • Monitor financial data (P&L balance sheet cash flow) and control costs.
  • Coordinate group and local financial close processes (IFRS local GAAP).
  • Prepare and analyze data for internal and external audits.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team to monitor project revenues.
  • Drive automation and improvement of mass workflow processes.

What you bring & who you are:

  • Masters degree in Economy Finance Mathematics or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a financial role.
  • Proficiency in financial models and data processing automation (e.g. VBA SQL Python).
  • Experience with tools like Tagetik and Navision/Business Central is an advantage.
  • Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills.
  • Fluent in Polish and English.
