Location: 222 Jarvis St Toronto ON (Hybrid 3 days onsite 2 days remote)
Assignment OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Software Developer to join the Government Services Integration Cluster. The successful candidate will design implement and maintain scalable applications while leading best practices in software development.
Key Responsibilities-
Design develop and maintain full-stack applications using Python FastAPI Java Spring Boot .NET Core and C#.

Build RESTful APIs and integrate with front-end applications.

Develop and optimize AI/ML models (TensorFlow PyTorch) with a focus on image processing (OpenCV).

Architect cloud-based solutions (Azure) including serverless microservices and CI/CD pipelines.

Lead Agile (Scrum/Kanban) development mentor junior developers and enforce best practices.

Ensure security compliance (OAuth 2.0 JWT Azure Key Vault) and performance optimization.

Manage database systems (Azure SQL Cosmos DB) and containerized deployments (Docker Kubernetes).

Front-End: Advanced (Hooks Context API) TypeScript HTML5/CSS3/SCSS.

Back-End: Python (FastAPI) Java Spring Boot .NET Core/C#.

Cloud/DevOps: Azure (AKS SQL Cosmos DB) CI/CD (Azure DevOps) Docker Kubernetes.

AI/ML (15%): Model training (TensorFlow PyTorch) OpenCV hyperparameter tuning.

Security: OAuth 2.0 JWT Azure Key Vault.

Proven experience in microservices serverless architecture and scalable component design.

Strong problem-solving communication and mentoring abilities.

Agile methodology experience (Scrum/Kanban).

Experience with image manipulation/computer vision.

Familiarity with YAML Git/GitHub Azure Resource Manager.
