Job Description
Overview
Join our clients extraordinary care team as a Hospice After Hours RN and make a difference in patients lives. This full-time position offers competitive compensation and a supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide management and delivery of patient care plans
- Support patients in Harrisburg PA and surrounding areas
- Reward the accomplishment of key achievements during the first year
Schedule and Shift Details
- Schedule: Fri-Sun 8am-8pm and no on-call
Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher
- Hospice (2 years)
- 1 years of experience in ANY of the following:
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
- Other EMR
- TruChart EHR
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) in Pennsylvania (PA)
- Do you have a valid Drivers License Reliable Mode of Transportation and Auto Insurance (all 3)
- Are you okay with the required travel for this position
