Bilingual Virtual Assistant (Korean and/or Japanese)
Location: Remote (Asia preferred; Philippines Korea Japan or surrounding region)
Compensation: $1300 $1800/month (Full-Time depending on experience & language proficiency)
Industry: Medical Tourism / Healthcare Coordination
Schedule: 40 hours/week Flexible hours with some overlap to APAC and UK time zones

About the Role
We re seeking a Bilingual Virtual Assistant fluent in Korean and/or Japanese to support their Medical patients and partner clinics. You will play a central role in scheduling medical appointments facilitating communication between international clients and clinics and supporting outreach efforts to expand our provider network. This is a people-first detail-oriented position that blends logistics care coordination and cross-cultural communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact between patients and medical providers in Korea and/or Japan
- Coordinate appointments and communicate booking details with accuracy and cultural sensitivity
- Follow up with clinics and patients to confirm schedules and manage documentation
- Maintain internal records and track case progress using Airtable and Google Workspace
- Reach out to potential clinic partners to help expand the companys Medical provider network
- Provide light marketing support (e.g. assisting with content updates translations or social posts) and reaching out to clinics/ prospective clients (nice to have)
- Prepare periodic status updates and booking reports for internal use
Must-Have Qualifications
- Fluency in Korean and/or Japanese (spoken and written)
- Strong English communication skills for internal coordination
- 2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant Care Coordinator or similar administrative role
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- High attention to detail and follow-through in a remote setting
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs Sheets Calendar Gmail etc.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Background in healthcare medical tourism or patient support
- Familiarity with marketing tools or platforms bonus(e.g. Canva Figma Instagram)
- Comfort using productivity tools - Airtable & GoogleSuite & messaging apps (WhatsApp & Line DM Kakao)

- Number of completed patient bookings per month
- Timely and accurate coordination of appointment logistics
- Responsiveness and clarity of communication with patients and clinics
- Growth in the number of active clinic partnerships
- Accuracy and organization of booking documentation
