Job Description
Job Title: Project Manager - Transportation
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary
Annual Salary Range: $125000 - $142000
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage transportation projects in compliance with INDOT and LPA guidelines.
- Oversee project planning and delivery while ensuring adherence to budgets and timelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met efficiently.
- Develop project scopes objectives and specifications in consultation with stakeholders.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential project challenges.
- Prepare and present project updates and reports to management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Mentor and guide junior staff and project team members in best practices and methodologies.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients contractors and other project stakeholders.
Essential Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of experience in transportation project management.
- A degree in a related field is required.
- Must be a licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
- Demonstrated experience managing INDOT/LPA transportation projects.
Desired Experience
- Familiarity and proficiency with AutoCAD and Civil3D software.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Excel and Word.
