Job Description
Your Responsibilities
- You ensure successful and high-quality receivables and credit management
- You lead a team of two employees in credit management as well as the team leader of accounts receivable accounting with a team of four employees
- You are responsible for and optimise the processes of all operational activities within your area of responsibility
- You represent the team as a project manager or member in area-specific projects of receivables and credit management
- You carry out credit checks and minimise our bad debt risks
- You are responsible for setting customer-specific credit limits and payment terms
- You are in direct contact with our B2B customers sales representatives and our trade credit insurer
Your Profile
- You have relevant professional experience in credit and receivables management have already gained experience in credit checking in a banks corporate customer business or have been able to gain experience in the general ledger or controlling
- You have a degree in business administration or equivalent knowledge
- You have strong social and leadership skills that you have already been able to apply in your professional career
- You enjoy optimizing and coordinating processes and look forward to further developing the area
- You are fluent in German and English; knowledge of French and any other foreign language is an advantage
