Job Title: PGT Chemistry & Biology

Role Responsibilities:
- Design and implement engaging lesson plans for Chemistry and Biology classes.
- Develop and deliver educational programs that meet curriculum standards.
- Assess students learning through formative and summative evaluations.
- Provide personalized support and mentorship to students to enhance their learning experience.
- Encourage scientific inquiry and critical thinking in students.
- Maintain classroom discipline and foster a positive learning environment.
- Communicate effectively with students parents and faculty regarding student progress.
- Continuously update teaching methods to incorporate new developments in the field.
- Collaborate with fellow faculty members to enhance the curriculum.
- Organize and participate in extracurricular activities related to Chemistry and Biology.
- Utilize educational technology to enhance classroom interaction and student engagement.
- Prepare students for examinations and assessments.
- Conduct laboratory experiments and facilitate hands-on learning opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of students performance and attendance.
- Actively participate in professional development to stay current with teaching best practices.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Chemistry Biology or a related field.
- Bachelors degree in Education or relevant teaching qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of experience teaching Chemistry and Biology at the high school level.
- Strong understanding of the curriculum and educational standards.
- Demonstrated ability to engage and inspire students.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive classroom environment.
- Willingness to adapt teaching methods to meet individual learning needs.
- Passionate about education and student development.
- Ability to engage with parents and external stakeholders effectively.
