Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and quality-driven Soft Services Manager to oversee all soft
service operations. The role involves managing housekeeping pantry waste management
pest control and related services to ensure a clean safe and pleasant environment for all
occupants.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead manage and supervise the soft services team including housekeeping pantry
and support staff.
Monitor daily operations to ensure cleanliness hygiene and service standards are
consistently maintained.
Coordinate with vendors for manpower supplies and service delivery performance.
Manage inventory procurement and budgeting for cleaning materials and
consumables.
Handle tenant and client requests related to soft services and ensure timely resolution.
Conduct regular audits inspections and performance reviews of service areas.
Ensure compliance with safety hygiene and quality standards as per facility
guidelines.
Maintain documentation reports and checklists related to soft service operations.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hotel Management Facility Management or a
related field.
4–6 years of relevant experience in managing soft services in commercial buildings or
corporate environments.
Strong leadership and vendor management skills.
Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
Working knowledge of facility management tools and quality control processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in managing soft services in Grade-A commercial real estate.
Familiarity with CAFM systems statutory hygiene standards and safety audits.
