Role Summary
We are looking for a capable and experienced Senior Manager Renewable Energy Projects to oversee the of solar and wind initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong capabilities in project delivery procurement regulatory compliance and stakeholder collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and commissioning of utility-scale solar and wind projects across diverse locations.
Oversee daily project activities to ensure timely delivery budget control quality standards and safety compliance.
Support procurement strategies including vendor selection negotiation logistics and delivery.
Ensure compliance with regulatory permits and statutory guidelines at central and state levels.
Build and manage relationships with EPC partners suppliers consultants and government authorities.
Provide technical and commercial inputs for project feasibility and early-stage development.
Lead and coordinate with engineering teams and cross-functional departments for seamless .
Monitor project risks and progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
Proactively address project risks and support mitigation strategies to maintain timelines and budgets.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelors degree in Engineering (Electrical Mechanical or related discipline).
47 years of hands-on experience in managing renewable energy projects.
Strong understanding of solar/wind systems grid integration and site-level operations.
Familiarity with PPA structures energy trading and regulatory requirements is a plus.
Excellent leadership coordination and stakeholder management skills.
Proficient in tools like MS Project Primavera or SAP.
Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
