Job Description

Transform Wound Care. Empower Healing.


We are seeking a part-time Wound Care Nurse Practitioner to service our patients in assisted living facilities located in Brooklyn NY. If you are looking to fulfill your career connect with patients on a one-on-one basis and help them heal and live a better quality of life we are the place for you.


As an NP you will participate in weekly bedside wound care rounds. You will establish a plan of care change dressings and perform medically necessary debridement.


Requirements:


  • Minimum 1 year experience as an NP
  • Valid NP License in the State of New York
  • Wound Care Certification (preferred)
  • Wound Care experience


Schedule:

Part time 1-2 days per week
