Job Description
Our client is a leading figure in the telecommunications industry. They are committed to delivering innovative solutions and exceptional service to clients. They are seeking a skilled Enterprise Network Engineer to join the dynamic team.
Job Overview:
As an Enterprise Network Engineer you will be responsible for designing implementing and managing complex network solutions for our enterprise clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure network reliability security and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise-grade network architectures including LAN WAN and WLAN.
- Configure and maintain network hardware and software including routers switches firewalls and load balancers.
- Monitor network performance troubleshoot issues and optimise network reliability and efficiency.
- Collaborate with security teams to implement and maintain network security measures.
- Conduct regular network assessments and audits to identify potential vulnerabilities and areas for improvement.
- Document network configurations changes and procedures.
- Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams and end-users.
- Stay updated on the latest networking technologies and trends to implement best practices.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
- Proven experience as a Network Engineer or similar role with a strong focus on enterprise networks.
- Proficiency in configuring and managing networking devices (Cisco Juniper etc.).
- Strong understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP BGP OSPF etc.) and security practices.
- Experience with network monitoring tools and technologies.
- Relevant certifications (e.g. CCNA CCNP CompTIA Network) are a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
