Job Description
Construction Team Leader
Responsibilities:
Supervise on-site installation testing and commissioning of solar power systems (rooftop and ground-mounted).
Coordinate and manage electrical teams and subcontractors to ensure project timelines and quality standards.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols electrical codes and renewable energy standards.
Review and interpret electrical drawings SLDs and technical specifications.
Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues during project execution.
Liaise with project managers engineers and clients for progress reporting and issue resolution.
Monitor and document site activities progress and material usage.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
8-10 years of experience in electrical supervision within renewable energy projects.
Strong knowledge of solar PV systems (on-grid/off-grid inverters panels BOS).
Familiarity with relevant electrical standards (e.g. IEC NEC local regulations).
Proven leadership and team coordination skills.
Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and layouts.
Willingness to travel and work on remote project sites.
