Job Description
This is a remote position.
We are seeking a Cloud HPC Engineer to join our team.
Responsibilties:
- Software development
- Software design and architecture
- Work closely with the product team relay and explain software concepts
Requirements
- Python (advanced)
- Linux/RedHat/Bash (advanced)
- AWS/Azure/GCP (advanced)
- OpenMP/MPI/CUDA (intermediate)
- Docker/Singularity or similar (intermediate)
Other:
- Ability to learn and apply new concepts rapidly
- Extreme attention to details
Plus:
- Familiarity with SaltStack Ansible or similar.
- Knowledge of chemistry/materials science.
- Work with advanced electronic structure codes (VASP Quantum ESPRESSO Gaussian NWChem Siesta or similar) is not required but is a plus.
- Experience with machine learning.
