Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator within the HR Service Department you will have the opportunity to live our HR Service Vision: We Care We Understand We Resolve.

The HR Service team is the main point of contact for our associates across the US and Canada for HR-related topics. We are available to help our customers navigate the sometimes complex world of HR topics like Compensation Benefits  Payroll and Talent Acquisition.

We work in partnership with our HR Business Partners and Process Owners to support in the deployment of HR initiatives. We educate our managers and associates on HR processes and technical tools and help to trouble shoot when things get tricky. Every day we communicate with our customers and do real-time problem solving. If we cant address the need in our team we partner with other HR teams for additional expertise all with the goal of getting the issue resolved.

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator provides support on key HR administrative processes and tasks for Boschs People Acquisition Campus including:

  • Administering and supporting the pre-employment process for all staffing processes such as new hires promotions transfers and international assignments. 
  • Adjudicating background checks and validating data quality to ensure work is completed on time with high quality; partnering with other HR Service teams and HR Business Partners as required. 
  • Supporting Process Improvement by developing tools aides and solutions for recurring requirements and suggesting process improvements to improve process efficiency quality or effectiveness. 
  • Performing additional administrative duties that support the HR Service team as required. 

Qualifications :

Basic Qualifications: 

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 1 years of work experience or internship experience in a professional office environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or Business
  • HR Administrative or Talent Acquisition experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to simplify complex topics
  • Positive customer relations and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in navigating web based systems and technology platforms
  • Demonstrated organization skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with MS Office 365 or similar suites of enterprise technology products


Additional Information :

Indefinite U.S. work authorized individuals only.  Future sponsorship for work authorization unavailable. 

Salary Range: The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $70000 - $75000. Within the range individual pay is determined based on several factors including but not limited to work experience and job knowledge complexity of the role job location etc. Your Recruiter can share more details about the specific salary range for this position during the interview process.
