To manage day to day activities of Business Bankers (Enterprise) to deliver against defined operational plans and campaigns to achieve sales and revenue targets. To provide proactive sales and service management to Enterprise Coverage customers by identifying and implementing value adding financial product solutions from a range of standard offerings. This includes proactively managing and selling to new and existing customers. Facilitate of the teams outcome by removing obstacles.
- Accountable for risk management and adherence to all governance standards for the continued sustainability of Enterprise Coverage.
- Deliver SBG and 3rd party products and services to the Enterprise Banking client segment. Drive and entrench a consistent client experience through all engagement platforms.
- Accountable for the achievement of the Enterprise Coverage financial and non-financial metrics (e.g. client attrition profit growth and return on investment etc.) in line with Business and Commercial Banking Country requirements
- Accountable for the successful delivery of segment client experiences client growth and financials. Develop appropriate recovery and resolution plans to protect the Enterprise Banking segment from any untoward event.
- Drive and entrench a consistent client experience through all engagement platforms. Develop client risk appetite based on the defined framework which is signed off by Business and Commercial Banking Country in conjunction with Risk.
Qualifications :
- First Degree in Business Commerce or related from a recognised institution
- 5-7 years experence with proven successful sales track record in the financial services industry.
- Advanced product knowledge including specialized products and financial structures.
- Advanced experience and knowledge in Credit and Compliance matters.
- Negotiating skills and conflict handling.
- People management experience leading teams and motivating people..
