Role Overview
We are hiring commission-based Sales Executives to join our founding sales team. This is a remote flexible opportunity ideal for motivated B2B or SaaS sales professionals who want to enter the high-growth privacy technology space.
We are actively looking for candidates in the following regions:

- Europe (Non-EU/Emerging): Turkey Serbia Ukraine
Responsibilities
- Sell DPO-One SaaS subscriptions to small and mid-sized businesses agencies legal teams and tech firms.
- Identify leads conduct outreach and close deals independently either globally or in a specific region.
- Deliver product demos and clearly communicate the value of our solution.
- Use consultative selling techniques to align customer needs with product benefits.
- Collaborate with leadership to refine our go-to-market strategy.
- Represent a respected in-demand solution in a booming compliance niche.
Compensation
This role is 100% commission-based (no base salary at this stage). Compensation includes:
- 15% commission on all sales until quota is reached
- 30% commission on sales beyond quota
- Additional bonuses for exceeding performance goals
- Uncapped earning potential
Qualifications :
- At least 1 year of experience in SaaS B2B or compliance-related sales or strong motivation to break into the space.
- Comfortable working remotely and managing your own pipeline.
- Fluent in English; additional language skills (Spanish Portuguese Arabic) are a plus.
- Familiarity with data privacy laws such as GDPR LGPD or DPDP is preferred but not required.
