Job Description
In this role youll be leading the production team and be the key liaison between our studio and its external production partners.
This includes:
- Working with the Games studio executive team to develop production plans for developer agreements
- Proactively assessing opportunities and mitigating production risks
- Driving best practice production methodologies
- Coaching and developing your team

About you
To thrive as our Production Director youll have proven experience in a Production Director or Senior Producer role and have at least one game shipped in that capacity.
Youll have a history of coaching and mentoring to get the best out of your team and be able to influence and lead within a studio (including people who dont report to you). A great communicator youll be able to build working relationships quickly with internal and external stakeholders - and then maintain them.
Youll also need a high level of competency with Atlassian project management software.
