Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues for Dynamics users
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions
Ensure system security compliance and adherence to best practices
Perform regular updates patches and optimize system performance
Lead end-to-end project management including planning budgeting and team coordination
Qualifications :
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM/ERP) and cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS
Proficient in API integrations and data migration with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Skilled in managing multiple projects in fast-paced environments including timelines budgets and resources
Excellent communication and collaboration skills both verbal and written for working with teams stakeholders and clients
Strong organizational abilities including tracking progress meeting deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively
Completion of Microsoft certifications (Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 customer engagement apps) an advantage

We are Wixs IT Team. We provide technical assistance and support to Wix employees regarding computers servers hardware software and events on a global scale. We take care of everything from configuration to control and maintenance troubleshooting and monitoring using the newest technology for device management services Ansible and automation engines. We build fully automated processes for monitoring purchasing security incidences SLM CRM etc.
