- Deliver a personalised customer-owned banking experience to the Warrnambool and South West community

- Support customers with everyday banking needsfrom account management to expert financial advice

- Partner with specialists to ensure customers receive the best possible outcomes
- Help establish a strong local presence for Beyond Bank in Warrnambool and Victorias South West
Qualifications :
About you
Youre excited by the idea of being part of something new. You care about people community and doing things the right way. Youre ready to grow learn and help others do the same.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- A genuine passion for helping people and supporting your local community
- Comfortable in a fast-paced customer-first environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Experience in banking or financial services is a bonusbut not essential

What does our recruitment process look like
The process can include a phone screen video interview virtual or face-to-face interview psychometric testing and all relevant background checking. Some positions may require undergoing 4 weeks of mandatory full training.
