- Installation: Installing examining replacing or repairing electrical wiring conduits lighting fixtures and other electrical components.
- Maintenance: Performing preventative maintenance on electrical systems and equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation
- Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and repairing electrical malfunctions in industrial settings.
- Compliance: Ensuring all work is performed in accordance with local state and national electrical codes and safety regulations
- Documentation: Maintaining records of maintenance and repair work.
- Collaboration: Working with other electricians and maintenance staff on electrical projects.
- Reading and Interpreting Schematics: Understanding electrical blueprints schematics and wiring diagrams.
- Equipment Operation: Operating and maintaining various electrical equipment including motors switchgear and PLCs.
- Safety: Following all safety precautions and procedures related to electrical work.
- Share your expertise and help train other employees as assigned
Qualifications :
- Minimum 7 years of experience in electrical maintenance and repairs
- Thorough knowledge of the construction installation operation and troubleshooting of sophisticated circuitry and controls associated with unique projects
- Examples include ability to formulate the layout sketch of required electrical circuits wire new test setups install strain gauge circuits and recording instruments as needed by the test program to measure performance of test articles check the installed system to insure that specified electrical test conditions are attained and may troubleshoot the electrical portions of the test equipment during test programs to determine cause of malfunction
- Critical limits are controlled by intricate interlock of safety systems of novel design and great complexity;
- Blueprint Reading: Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics blueprints and wiring diagrams.
- Knowledge and ability to anticipate and respond quickly to danger signs as they become evident through intricate warning systems to avoid loss of time and expensive equipment
- Must have skill in the use of hand tools power tools and test equipment needed to perform job effectively
- Knowledge of electronics to electronic components such as resistors capacitors and transistors
- Must be able to work 8 hours or more
- Must have previous experience working as an electrician in a manufacturing /production / industrial setting
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and other professionals.
Hours: 7a-7p 3-day 4 days / rotating every eight weeks

Pay Disclosure Statement: The pay range for this role at the noted location is $30.90 to $44.60 per hour. The actual rate of pay offered may vary based upon but not limited to: education skills experience proficiency performance shift and location. In addition to base salary depending on the role the total compensation package may also include a sign-on bonus of overtime shift differential call-in and stand-by pay.
