Job Description
Essential Job Functions
Key Responsibilities
- General Ledger Maintenance:
- Assist in preparing journal entries and maintaining the general ledger
- Ensure the accuracy of the accounting data and make necessary corrections as required
- Financial Reporting and Reconciliations:
- Prepare monthly quarterly and annual reports
- Create variance reports to analyze income/expenses ensuring accurate reporting
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts
- Monthly reconciliation of bank accounts
- Other Duties:
- Assist with financial and tax audits
- Continuous review and improvements of processes and procedures
- Special projects as assigned
- Collaborate with Central and Campus teams to streamline processes and ensure information is timely and accurate

Education and Experience
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience preferably in a corporate or public accounting environment
- Advanced excel skills including pivot tables and v-lookups
- Strong understanding of accounting principles
- Proficiency in ERP accounting software
