Job Description
The Red Gate Group is seeking a Senior Financial Policy Analyst to support the Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA) with a focus on financial policy and competitive financing initiatives. This role will provide analysis of competitive financing efforts develop innovative FMS financing solutions support executive-level meetings with Treasury OMB Commerce NSC and EXIM and develop business case studies to improve Partner Nation access to U.S. security cooperation while increasing U.S. competitiveness against strategic competitors.
Qualifications :
Required Qualifications:
- Five (5) years of experience in financial analysis policy development or related field
- Experience supporting executive-level meetings and briefings
- Strong analytical and data analysis capabilities
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance Economics Political Science Public Administration International Affairs or related discipline
- Active Secret Clearance
- Must be a U.S. citizen
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with Foreign Military Sales (FMS) or defense financing
- Knowledge of USG loan programs and guarantees
- Experience with competitive financing mechanisms
- Advanced degree in relevant field
- Experience with stakeholder engagement across federal agencies
- Knowledge of international defense markets and strategic competitors
