As the Senior Associate Accounts Receivable you will be responsible for multi-business unit cash application. Your day will include activities in direct support of the Cash Application portion of our Order-to-Cash business model. This includes but is not limited to applying daily cash balancing daily bank reports in alignment with our ERP system responding to emails problem solving issues and processing reapplication request from internal customers. You will serve as a primary point of contact for accounts receivable information as it pertains to Cash Application. A successful candidate will understand how each of our business units operate and leverage that understanding daily to ensure daily and monthly targets are achieved.
Responsibilities:
Build cross-functional partnerships between credit cash application customer service and teams to best respond to the customers needs.
Highly skilled in the practice of AR research and issue resolution.
Lead investigation make decisions and resolve customer concerns.
Partner with Credit/Collections and Master Data to assist customers.
Able to provide guidance and support to other members of the Credit and Collection team in absence of Cash Application Supervisor.
Assist in the training of new AR team members.
Positive inclusive and continuous improvement-oriented attitude.
Effective verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills enabling effective cross-functional and customer collaboration problem solving and execution.
Keen eye for detail with strong analytical skills and the ability to shape complex data into meaningful operational analysis.
Thrives under a fast-paced and continuous improvement environment.
Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and manage a diverse spectrum of tasks and responsibilities timely.
