Job Description

Allinterno del Ristorante Poggio Rosso o Osteria il Grigio in accordo e sotto la supervisione dei Maitre si occupa:
di curare la mise-en-place dei tavoli e il servizio (colazione/pranzo/cena)
di partecipare al lavoro e alle responsabilit del team di sala
di registrare le comande curare lospite e porre attenzione ai dettagli
di supportare le esigenze dellhotel nel servizio alle colazioni e in camera
di preparare la sala per tutti i servizi richiesti

Inside the Poggio Rosso Restaurant or Osteria il Grigio in agreement and under the supervision of the Maitre D he takes care of:
to take care of the mise-en-place of the tables and the service (breakfast / lunch / dinner)
to participate in the work and responsibilities of the dining room team
to record orders take care of the guest and pay attention to details
to support the needs of the hotel in the breakfast and room service
to prepare the room for all the required services


Qualifications :

Formazione alberghiera
Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana e inglese. Gradita la conoscenza di una terza lingua
Una buona conoscenza dei vini
Esperienza di almeno tre anni nel medesimo ruolo maturata in ristoranti stellati R&C e/o hotel 4/5*
Completano il profilo capacit comunicative e gestionali orientamento al cliente e team working
Certificazioni HACCP e PREVENZIONE INCENDI


Hotel training
Excellent knowledge of Italian and English. Knowledge of a third language is welcome
A good knowledge of wines
Experience of at least three years in the same role gained in starred restaurants R&C and/or 4/5* hotels
Communication and management skills customer orientation and team working complete the profile

    Contratto a tempo determinato stagionale (Luglio - Ottobre 2025) con diritto di precedenza su anno successivo)
    CCNL Turismo forfettizzato e premio produzione annuale
    Disponibilit full time da luned a domenica con un giorno di riposo nel corso della stagione
    Vitto e alloggio in appartamento condiviso (camere due posti letto)
    Utenze a carico aziendale
    Formazione interna sia a livello gestionale che di procedure 
    Formazione su mondo Relais & Chateaux e quality assessment principali normative vigenti
    Piano inserimento circuito HR Relais & Chateaux
    Assistenza e supporto sanitario con Medico Aziendale
    Programma Total Quality aziendale
    Possibilit di trasferte per formazione specifica
    Programma Relais Team di Relais & Chateaux
    Accesso servizi Hotel nel rispetto della policy aziendale con agevolazioni esclusive

Seasonal fixed-term contract (July - October 2025) with right of precedence for the following year)
Flat-rate Tourism CCNL and annual production bonus
Full time availability from Monday to Sunday with one day off during the season
Board and lodging in a shared apartment (rooms for two people)

Internal training both at management and procedures level
Training on the world of Relais & Chateaux and quality assessment main regulations in force
