You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are looking for a Vendor Operations Manager. This role will focus on understanding and improving the entire vendor journey for our restaurant (and shops) partners as the Leader of our Vendor Operations team. If you love to understand and improve processes using data and rigorous analysis as a leader this is a great opportunity for you!
What you will do in this role:
Plan and execute high impact projects targeted at improving the vendor experience
Study processes and identify opportunities for improvement
Execute your recommendations from start to finish from digging into data to building a business case aligning stakeholders testing ideas executing and measuring results
Partner with operations product/ engineering commercial and other teams to understand and solve vendor issues
Serve as a PMO for several cross functional projects
Qualifications :
At least a few years of expertise as a leader with overall 8 years of experience in a similar background
Experience in working with vendor journey ideally with in-house and BPO teams
Strong analytical skills - proficiency in MS Excel is a must experience with SQL will be a huge advantage
Excellent written and verbal communication skills & team management expertise
Experience in operations management process improvement Lean/ Six-sigma etc. will be a huge advantage
Ability to professionally handle stress and tight deadlines/ high expectations
