Job Description
- Maintain overall system configuration and enhancements
- Maintain salesforce process policies application configuration and documentation
- Manage instances to ensure data integrity and security
- Assist mass data import/export
- Provide production support for data issues and Configurations
- Troubleshoot production issues and requests related to data and configuration and Monitoring of Integration
- Salesforce org health checks backup and sandbox management
- Manage permissions/profile/Page layouts etc.
Qualifications :
- Salesforce platform knowledge
- Experience in Salesforce Administration
- Understanding of Salesforce governor limits and best practices
- Experience of working on Technical support
- Basic understanding of Apex Java
- Experience of working on services cloud/sales cloud Marketing Cloud experience is a plus
- Basic understanding of ways of integration
- Experience with data loader/workbench etc.
