Successful candidates will be providing supports to NDIS participants across living in the following areas (depending on where you live) Canberra Queanbeyan Tuggeranong Gunning Yass Gundaroo Belconnen Jerrabombera & surrounding areas.
Successful candidates will provide supports to cover NDIS participants
We will provide you with a bucket load of structured supervision mentoring and CPD opportunities. We promise to invest in you so you can thrive in our fast-paced energetic and fun workplace. No two days are ever the same! You might find us in childcare centres schools aged care facilities day programs the community homes and/or our clinic space. We have regular team meetings team building events and enjoy a fun and dynamic work environment where all teams have the opportunity to grow and learn together.
This is a great opportunity to use your Positive Behaviour Support skills to evaluate develop and deliver evidence-based support plans within a complex support space. This role will ensure individual plans reflect our NDIS participants passions and interests and promotes their quality of life. Whilst doing so you will also build the knowledge capacity and strengths of all those who are important to the participant.
