Job Description

As part of the team you will collaborate closely with Product Managers Designers and Engineers to ensure the highest quality standards for Westfield Membership mobile apps and related web/backend components. Your focus will be on building customer-centric features with a mobile-first approach contributing to test strategy design execution and automation. Responsibilities include reviewing user stories and acceptance criteria defining test conditions and scenarios performing end-to-end and accessibility testing managing test cases and supporting agile delivery to ensure seamless and reliable customer experiences.

You will be responsible for end-to-end testing activities including analysis and assessment of features defining test boundaries and executing manual and automated tests to verify acceptance criteria. Your role involves reporting issues collaborating with engineers on root cause analysis and supporting accessibility performance and security testing. Youll work closely with cross-functional teams and pair with Product Managers to define user journeys and acceptance criteria. With a focus on enhancing test robustness and efficiency youll contribute to both feature-level and alliance-wide initiatives including evaluating performance and security testing tools and practices.


Qualifications :

  • Strong experience as a Quality Engineer in mobile and web development environments.
  • Strong knowledge of both iOS and Android operating systems.
  • Hands-on experience in mobile-specific testing including: Deep linking and universal links and Push notifications
  • Experience with mobile device cloud platforms such as BrowserStack for scalable test coverage.
  • Skilled in defining test boundaries writing and maintaining efficient robust automated tests.
  • Proficient in mobile performance and security testing techniques.
  • Working knowledge of mobile and web technologies and modern development workflows.
  • Experienced in automated testing frameworks including: XCUITest Espresso Appium WebDriverIO
  • Familiar with test management tools like BrowserStack Test Management.
  • Proficient in Agile methodologies and tools such as: JIRA Confluence
  • Competent in development and source control tools: GitHub Visual Studio Code
  • Experienced with CI/CD and deployment tools: BuildKite Docker
  • Skilled in API testing using tools like Postman and Insomnia.
  • Comfortable using proxy tools for network traffic analysis: Charles Proxy mitmproxy HTTP Toolkit
