Job Description

We are looking for a strategic and execution-oriented Senior Change Manager to join our Human Resources team. This role will be instrumental in driving the successful implementation of HR transformation initiatives including organizational design employee experience talent programs and systems modernization. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in change management a strong project execution mindset and the ability to lead through influence in a complex matrixed environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead the execution and implementation of HR-related projects and change initiatives ensuring alignment with business goals and employee needs.
  • Develop and deliver change management strategies that support adoption of new HR programs policies and technologies.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners COEs and cross-functional teams to embed change management into project plans and delivery roadmaps.
  • Conduct impact assessments stakeholder analyses and readiness evaluations to inform execution strategies.
  • Design and implement communication training and engagement plans that drive awareness understanding and adoption.
  • Track and report on change progress risks and outcomes adjusting plans as needed to ensure successful delivery.
  • Coach HR leaders and people managers on their role in leading change and fostering a culture of agility and continuous improvement.

Qualifications :

REQUIRED:

  • MUST HAVE PROJECT MANAGEMENT BACKGROUND
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Organizational Development or related field.
  • 7 years of experience in change management with a strong focus on HR transformation and implementation.
  • Proven ability to execute complex projects and deliver results in a fast-paced evolving environment.
  • Strong project management skills including planning execution and stakeholder engagement.
  • Excellent communication facilitation and interpersonal skills.

PREFERRED:

  • PROSCI APMG or ACMP Change Management Certification
  • Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher)
