Ensure proper measurement mixing and baking techniques for consistent quality.
Assist in daily mise-en-place and maintain cleanliness in the bakery section.
Follow hygiene and safety standards as per hotel policies and FSSAI norms.
Support the team during service and manage assigned tasks efficiently.
Qualifications :
Diploma or Certificate in Bakery & Confectionery or Culinary Arts.
12 years of experience in a similar role in a hotel or bakery setup.
Basic knowledge of baking techniques equipment and ingredient handling.
Creative detail-oriented and passionate about bakery products.
