Position: Customer Service Assistant
Job Description:
A Customer Service Assistant is the frontline representative of our brand responsible for providing support information and solutions to clients in a professional and timely manner. Youll play a key role in ensuring client satisfaction and helping our team maintain excellent relationships with new and existing customers.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat.
Resolve product or service issues by clarifying complaints and offering appropriate solutions.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met promptly.
Assist with order processing follow-ups and client updates.
Provide feedback on the customer service process for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
Previous experience in customer service or administrative support.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn CRM systems.
Organized detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
