Title: New Homes Sales Associate
Contracts: Fixed Term Contract until February 2027
Hours:Full-Time 37.5 hours per week
Reporting Office:Stratford London
Working Location:Site based in developments around Hounslow
Working Pattern: Tuesday to Saturday - Standard hours are 08:30am to 5pm
Sales suite standard hours are 10am to 5pm
Salary: 32007 plus commission (OTE 50000)Depending on experience

We are looking for a passionate and ambitious individual to join our New Homes sales team reporting to the Regional Sales Manager. Youll bring a strong track record of achieving targets in a fast-paced sales environment ideally with experience working for a housebuilder or a housing association. Your ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences and build strong relationships is at the heart of the role.
We are looking for a collaborative team player who is self-motivated and has a result driven mindset.
