Job Title: HR Executive - Non IT
Role Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment and selection processes including job postings and candidate screening.
- Conduct interviews and coordinate with hiring managers to meet staffing needs.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with organizational goals.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Handle employee relations issues effectively while maintaining confidentiality.
- Assist in performance management processes and employee appraisals.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Organize employee recognition programs and events.
- Conduct exit interviews and address feedback for continuous improvement.
- Research and implement best practices in HR management.
- Conduct data analysis to inform HR strategies and programs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and legislation affecting HR practices.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in HR roles.
- Strong understanding of HR principles and labor laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively.
- Experience with HR software and databases.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in conflict resolution and mediation.
- Knowledge of performance management systems.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for employee development and organizational culture.
- Adaptability to changing work environments and priorities.
- Familiarity with recruitment platforms and job boards.
- Knowledge of Payroll will be plus.
