Job Description
Position : Digital Marketing Assistant
Work Hours (Client) : Monday to Friday - 10am - 6pm EST with some flexibility
Pay Range : $1000 - $1500 USD/month (varies based on skill set and experience level)
Location of Search : South Africa Latin America or any other location

The client is a music digital marketing company focused on building momentum around songs and artists across the internet especially on platforms like TikTok and Discord. We create tailored digital campaigns to drive music consumption build communities and support artist and tour growth. Were currently looking for a highly organized and platform-savvy Digital Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic and fast-moving team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
We re hiring a Digital Marketing Assistant to support the of artist campaigns by managing systems timelines and communications. This is not just a content creation or marketing strategy role it s about keeping operations smooth organized and effective within the digital marketing framework we already have in place.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day administrative and scheduling tasks across artist campaigns
- Communicate with TikTok creators to coordinate content timelines and deliverables
- Track campaign deliverables and follow up to ensure deadlines are met
- Assist with light reporting and updating creator performance metrics
- Manage and maintain internal systems (e.g. Discord and Notion) to keep campaigns on track
- Coordinate and support the of artist and tour campaigns designed to drive momentum and consumption
- Stay actively engaged on TikTok and Discord to monitor trends and support campaign
- Jump in on a variety of digital marketing-related tasks as needed flexibility and proactivity are key
- Ensure smooth communication across teams and creators
- Support campaign logistics keeping things moving without needing to create marketing assets directly
Minimum Qualifications:
Language requirement: Excellent English Written and Communication Skills
Ideal You:
- 3 Years related experience
- Experience using TikTok and managing communities or projects on Discord
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- A detail-oriented and responsive work styl
- Comfort navigating tools like Notion
Bonus If:
- Experience in music digital marketing
- Familiarity with artist and tour campaign structures
- Understanding of creator ecosystems on TikTok and other platforms
