Job Description
The Emily G. Wetherbee School is seeking an 8th-grade Mathematics teacher responsible for teaching four core Math classes and an intervention class. Proficiency in the Massachusetts State Standards is ideal candidate possesses a belief that all students are capable of learning. Experience with co-teaching and inclusion practices including collaborative planning are recommended. Teacher responsibilities include but are not limited to: Overseeing one homeroom classParticipating in the Warrior S.T.R.O.N.G. schoolwide positive behavior support and social-emotional learning protocols Maintaining homeroom cumulative folders Participating in grade-level and content vertical planning meetings Attending IEP 504 student support and team meetings
