Senior Project Engineer
Farmington Hills MI On-Site (90%) Full-Time Mid-Senior Level Compensation: $70000-$90000 Bonuses & Profit Sharing No Relocation or Visa Sponsorship
About the Role
A growing industrial construction team is looking for a Senior Project Engineer with outstanding organizational skills a keen attention to detail and the drive to lead projects with precision and professionalism. Youll work directly alongside Project Managers providing critical support across multiple high-impact builds.

Responsibilities
- Support Project Managers across 24 industrial construction projects
- Analyze and interpret civil drawings with confidence and accuracy
- Maintain tight coordination using tools like AutoDesk Bluebeam Excel and Outlook
- Oversee budgets schedules and quality to keep everything on track
- Ensure projects run smoothly from planning to completion
- Contribute to a high-performance team focused on efficiency and excellence
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Construction Management or related field
- 4 years of project engineering experience (industrial preferred)
- Highly skilled in reading civil and construction drawings
- Proficient with: AutoDesk Bluebeam Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Strong communication problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Detail-oriented self-motivated and thrives under pressure
