Job Description
As an Electrical Foreman you will oversee and actively participate in the installation maintenance and repair of industrial electrical systems. This is a working foreman role ideal for someone who thrives on leadership and hands-on work in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead a crew of 15 electricians on industrial job sites.
- Collaborate with Project Managers customers and other trades to execute job plans and schedules.
- Interpret and implement blueprints technical drawings and job specifications.
- Plan material needs manpower allocation and tool requirements for each project phase.
- Coordinate and attend site meetings ensuring job progress aligns with project timelines.
- Monitor quality control and ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and company standards.
- Track employee hours and assist with accurate timekeeping and job costing.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site in compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.
- Communicate updates changes and policies to team members regularly.

Manage and maintain company vehicles tools and equipment.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of electrical supervision experience in an industrial setting.

Proven track record managing small electrical crews (15 electricians).
- Strong experience with industrial electrical installations and system modifications.
- Ability to read interpret and implement blueprints and technical documents.

Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.

Strong organizational and communication skills.
- High safety standards and experience working with industrial safety protocols.
