Recore Electrical Contractors Inc. a leading multi-state licensed and employee-owned electrical services company is hiring an experienced Electrical Superintendent to lead our industrial electrical projects. Based just outside of Charlotte NC we are known for high-quality service safety and long-term client relationships.

What Youll Do
As an Electrical Superintendent you will supervise field operations ensure project quality and safety and drive project completion on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise crews of 1015 electricians on industrial job sites

Review project plans blueprints and layouts
-
Coordinate and resolve issues with Project Managers and clients

Maintain and track progress against project schedules
-
Submit weekly/monthly material requests
-
Attend and participate in contractor meetings
-
Maintain daily job logs via iPad
-
Enforce safety standards and ensure a clean job site
-
Identify schedule risks and proactively address them
-
Ensure all work complies with the National Electrical Code (NEC)
What Were Looking For
- 2 years of experience as an industrial electrical supervisor or superintendent

Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems and NEC compliance

Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics
-
Skilled in operating and maintaining electrical service vehicles

Excellent communication and leadership skills
-
Ability to manage multiple priorities and crews on-site
