Join our team at Auto Park Ford ofSturgis a fast-paced and customer-focused automotive dealership looking for a receptionist to be the face and voice of our company!
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet Customers warmly and direct them to the appropriate department or personnel
- Answer and route incoming calls promptly and courteously
- Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk area
- Perform light administrative tasks such as filing data entry and mail handling
- Assist the sales and service departments with customer communications
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
- Prior receptionist or customer service experience preferred
- Familiarity with dealership software a plus but not required
