Cultivation Assistants

Location:Sacramento California

Start Date: Continuously recruiting (Depending on Clients)

Schedule: Monday - Friday and Weekends as needed

Pay Range:$18/hour - $25/hour

Hours:8:00 AM - 4:30 PM schedule can vary

Job Summary:

As a Flower Cultivation Assistant you will be an integral part of our team responsible for the maintenance of high-quality plants. This role requires individuals who are passionate about the flower industry eager to learn and dedicated to producing top-tier flowers.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in all aspects of cultivation including but not limited to transplanting planting pruning harvesting and processing.

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning sterilizing equipment and ensuring the overall cleanliness and organization of the cultivation facility

• Monitor plant health growth and environmental conditions.

• Adhere to all local and state regulations regarding cultivation and participate in compliance audits as required

• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve production goals and maintain a positive and productive work environment.

• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues

• Be willing to adapt to changing tasks and priorities as needed in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment

Requirements:

• Previous experience in cultivation is preferred but not required

• Willingness to learn and a strong work ethic are essential

• Landscaping experience is preferred but not required

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

• Must be reliable punctual and able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if necessary

• Physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive tasks in various weather conditions

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately

• Must be at least 21 years of age
