Provide courier and delivery services within and outside the Department Attend to clients: Sorting of mail files documents and parcels to be delivered. Record documents and files in delivery book. Ensure that the recipients sign on the delivery book. Collect files documents from different buildings and ensure that items to be collected are sealed and addressed. Transporting of officials and guests: Pick up and drop off guests and officials to and from airports/hotels. Transport officials and guests to and from different venues for meetings. Manage and maintain the vehicle: Keep the records and logbooks of the vehicle. Ensure that the vehicle is in good condition (wheel alignment and balancing verify if tyres are in good condition and serviced when it is due). Report any fault on the vehicle. General office assistant: Making copies. Ring binding documents faxing documents and shredding documents.
