JOB SUMMARY
As a Game Day Retail Associate youll interact with customers provide product information assist with purchases maintain the sales floor and operate the point-of-sale system while delivering exceptional customer service.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet and engage customers with a friendly demeanor.
- Assist customers in finding and selecting merchandise.
- Address customer inquiries and questions professionally.
- Ensure the sales floor is stocked organized and visually appealing.
- Maintain cleanliness and uphold brand merchandising standards.
- Operate point-of-sale system efficiently and accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Adapt and perform well in a fast-paced and noisy environment.
JOB SKILLS AND TRAITS

- Detail-oriented with accurate product information.

- Basic point-of-sale system knowledge.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems preferred.

- Jersey Pressers - Pressing experience preferred. Game day hours.
Pay:Starting at $21.63/hour
Shift Start:Between 3-5pm
Shift End:Ends when the game ends usually no later than 11:30pm
