We are looking for an Assistant Manager!!!

No Nights No Weekends & No Holidays!

Assistant Manager Responsibilities:
  • Recruiting and onboarding of new employees
  • Assist with training of new employees
  • Quality control
  • Assist manager in sales process answering inquiries follow up on leads
  • Provide support to our Professional House Cleaners fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
  • Scheduling
  • Customer service
Assistant Manager Qualifications:
  • Availability to work Monday-Friday 8:00 am 5:00 pm
  • Have a vehicle that will be driven to customers homes a valid drivers license and car insurance (minimum liability)
  • Have a good work ethic and enjoy talking to people
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A proactive and problem-solving attitude
  • Basic understanding of and comfort using technology including computers and scheduling software
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check
