DescriptionKey Objective:
Drive Operational Excellence and Digital Transformation across the Westchester division partnering with business and technology leads to continuously deliver solutions to improve productivity and customer experience.
Execution Lead Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct business process discovery and workflow assessment reviews.
- Execute strategic process improvement and technical solutions/system implementations.
- Manage assigned projects from discovery through execution.
- Provide change management recommendations to streamline redesign and/or optimize processes daily operations procedures and systems.
- Coordinate meetings and facilitate discussions with various stakeholders to review business needs and develop requirements.
- Partner with Westchester IT and Chubb IT to design and document solutions to address business users needs in alignment with Westchester strategic priorities.
- Prioritize and allocate tasks; coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet project targets and milestones.
- Communicate project status accomplishments issues and risks to project stakeholders on a regular basis.
- Provide additional project support as needed including: documenting workflows collecting resources/reference files and assisting with testing.
Qualifications- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in project management digital transformation or software delivery management.
- Experience working with cross functional teams.
- Proficiency with Microsoft applications.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint is strongly preferred.
- Strong business analysis skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- PMP CAPM or Lean Six Sigma certification preferred but not required.
- Scrum/Agile experience preferred but not required.
- Insurance industry experience preferred but not required.
