AbouttheRole
We are seeking an experienced End-User Solutions & Training Lead to support the rollout and hypercare of our cutting-edge Digital Lab technologies. This role will focus on training delivery end-user adoption change management and support activities in a scientific and technical environment. The ideal candidate combines strong project leadership with a solid understanding of training design scientific systems and stakeholder management in global environments.
WhatYoullBeDoing
- LeadimplementationoftrainingstrategiesincludingeLearningmodulesandin-person/classroomsessions.
- Collaboratewithtrainersfacilitatorssubjectmatterexperts(SMEs)andlearningteamstoensureeffectiveknowledgetransfer.
- Supportuserreadinessandadoptionacrossscientificandtechnicalfunctions.
- Drivehypercarephaseactivitiesincludingtriagingticketsmanagingcommunicationscoordinatingissueresolutionandhandlingescalations.
- Workcloselywithsupportteamsandenduserstoensureasmoothpost-launchexperience.
- Gather and analyze end user feedback support data and usage metrics to inform feature improvements.
- Collaboratewithproductandtechnicalteamstodefinenewormodifiedsystemfunctionalities.
- ContributetoprojectdeliveryusingAgileandSAFemethodologies.
- Supporttimelinestasktrackingcross-functionalcollaborationandriskmitigationactivities.
- Supportchangeinitiativesrelatedtotheadoptionofnewtoolsandtechnologies.
- Develop and execute change management strategies in collaboration with organizational change experts.

- Location: On-site in Tucson AZ or Pleasanton CA (Bay Area)
- Employment type: Contract (W2 hourly)
- Rate: $65 - $80/hr
