Job Description

Role: Regional Sales Manager (New Business)
Location: Malm
Language: Swedish English
WFH policy: Hybrid 3 days/week in office
Industry: SaaS / Product Information Management
Product: PIM (Product Information Management) and related solutions for e-commerce (B2B & B2C)

Size and functions of local team:

  • Reports to Tawfiq

  • Support functions: BDR Marketing Channel Account Management

  • Collaboration with 10 top partners in Nordics (150 globally)

Role description:

  • Pure new business role blank market development in Sweden

  • Full-cycle sales: prospecting mapping closing expanding

  • E-commerce focus across B2B and B2C segments

  • Responsibilities:

    • Map and prioritise TAM (total addressable market)

    • Build displacement battle cards for competitive positioning

    • Collaborate closely with BDRs for pipeline generation

    • Develop relationships with Nordics partner ecosystem

  • Deal sizes:

    • Mid-market ACV: 5060K

    • Enterprise ACV: 290K

  • Sales cycle:

    • Mid-market: 612 months

    • Enterprise: 12 months

  • Annual quota: SEK 800K1M

  • 3 years SaaS sales experience

  • PIM experience strongly preferred

  • Background in PLM ERP CAD or simulation solutions

  • Familiarity with complex multi-stakeholder enterprise sales

Salary range & secondary benefits:

  • OTE: SEK 11.5M (50/50 or 60/40 split depending on profile)

  • 5000 SEK wellbeing allowance
