Job Description
Title: Housing Assistant (Lettings) NW England
Contract Type: Permanent Full Time 35 Hours Per Week
Salary: 24670 - 27163 per annum (Regional salary) dependant on experience
Reporting Office: Manchester Trafford
Persona: Agile - 1-2 days office attendance required
Working Pattern: Monday - Friday
Closing Date: 20th July 2025 23:00

Your impact in the role:
- Supporting the Tenancy Sustainment Manager and Tenancy Sustainment Team ensuring the delivery of reliable repeatable and consistent services for residents.
- Supporting robust performance against all KPIs and targets. This is a wide and varied role working as part of the lettings team providing strong administrative support.
- Responding to enquiries from residents and other internal and external stakeholders as first point of contact and deal with a variety of lettings and tenancy management issues.
- Providing cover for Tenancy Sustainment Officers to ensure consistency of service and to maintain a high level of resident satisfaction.
What youll bring:
- Good at building relationships with people and be able to communicate well with colleagues and residents.
- Able to problem solve and will pride yourself on your grit and determination. Youll have a can-do attitude and be motivated by keeping promises to residents.
- Excellent time management skills along with the ability to manage different priorities whilst adhering to important deadlines.
- Committed to the provision of excellent customer service and be able to show initiative in a busy office environment while working as part of a team.
- Organised flexible and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience of using Microsoft office packages is also essential.
