Join Our Team as a Solutions Consultant (Multilingual Role)
Location: Sofia Bulgaria
Schedule: 09:0019:00 MondaySunday
Training: Fully paid 3 weeks on-site
Are you fluent in English and one other European language Were hiring passionate language-skilled individuals for our Solutions Consultant role in Sofia. This is an excellent opportunity to support international clients build valuable experience and join a vibrant multicultural team.
Language Requirements:
Candidates must speak English (C1) plus one of the following languages: Estonian Slovenian Slovak Irish Latvian Lithuanian German French Czech Dutch Croatian Danish Finnish Polish Norwegian Icelandic Hebrew
Your Mission
- Provide expert support on products and services with focus on customer satisfaction
- Communicate via phone email and chat
- Resolve inquiries using internal knowledge bases and standard processes
- Navigate CRM and ticketing tools effectively
- Hit performance targets (call handling time resolution rate customer happiness)
- Share feedback with the team and stay up to date through training

- Fluent in English one additional language listed above
- Strong communicator with active listening and analytical skills
- Comfortable working with scripts and adapting to new tools
